1. General Policy

2. Damaged Items (48-Hour Reporting Requirement)

We will only offer a refund or replacement for items that are:

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • Received in materially defective condition

AND

  • Reported to us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

To Report Damage, You Must Provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photographs of:

    • The outer packaging (including shipping label)

    • All internal packaging

    • The damaged item

  3. A written description of the damage

  4. Confirmation that the item has not been used, altered, or modified

Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery automatically voids eligibility for a refund or replacement.

We reserve the right to deny claims that:

  • Show signs of use

  • Show signs of tampering

  • Are inconsistent with shipping damage

  • Lack sufficient photographic evidence


3. High-Value Item Verification & Anti-Fraud Protection

To protect against return fraud and item substitution:

  • All products are photographed, weighed, and serial numbers recorded prior to shipment.

  • Unique identifiers, tamper markers, or invisible security markings may be applied.

  • Packaging conditions are documented before dispatch.

Returned items will undergo strict forensic inspection, including:

  • Serial number verification

  • Weight verification

  • Component authentication

  • Tamper inspection

  • Comparison against pre-shipment records

If any returned item:

  • Does not match the original serial number

  • Has been swapped or substituted

  • Shows signs of tampering

  • Has altered or removed security markings

  • Contains counterfeit components

  • Is returned in materially different condition

The refund will be denied, and we reserve the right to:

  • Pursue civil recovery

Submitting a fraudulent return constitutes theft and may result in legal action.


4. Return Authorization Required (No Exceptions)

No returns will be accepted without prior written approval.

To request a return, you must:

  • Receive written Return Authorization (RA)

  • Ship using the exact method instructed

Returns sent without authorization will be refused.


5. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for any refund:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories, certificates, documentation

  • With all seals, security labels, and identifiers intact

Any item showing:

  • Wear

  • Installation

  • Modification

  • Missing parts

  • Removed tags or labels

Will be rejected.


6. Refund Processing

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • No alternative payment methods will be used.

  • Refunds are processed after full inspection.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Special order items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items returned outside the 48-hour damage window


9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to:

10. Limitation of Liability
